Requirements
- Solid experience in Software Engineering (focus on development and architectural design of complex systems).
- Advanced mastery of the Python programming language.
- Proven experience with deploying Machine Learning models into production at scale (ML Lifecycle / MLOps).
- Practical knowledge and mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, such as Terraform.
- Experience in technical leadership of ML engineers (Preferred).
- Knowledge and experience using a Feature Store (Preferred).
- Professional background in the financial sector (fintechs or banks), dealing with compliance and governance (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and specify functional and architectural requirements of the Machine Learning platform, ensuring its scalability and robustness.
- Develop and deploy ML models into production at scale, focusing on system design excellence.
- Master Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and frameworks for automation and maintenance of the ML environment.
- Collaborate actively with Data Science teams to integrate new models into the platform in a fluid and automated manner.
- Ensure technical discipline and regulatory compliance for model development within the highly regulated financial sector.
