Requirements
- Strong foundation in QA methodology, test design, defect management, and software testing lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience testing modern web applications (client-server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, REST, DOM, cookies, cache, local storage).
- Hands-on experience with cross-browser and responsive testing across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and mobile viewports.
- Proficiency with browser DevTools and debugging/interception proxies (e.g., Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler).
- Practical API testing experience with Postman, REST, and/or GraphQL.
- Experience with Jira, Allure TestOps, and Git.
- Experience with web test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (advantageous).
- Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent Russian and good English required.
Responsibilities
- Drive quality assurance for business features from technical hand-off through successful production release.
- Review technical specifications, prepare test plans, and create comprehensive test cases.
- Execute functional, exploratory, regression, UI/UX, cross-browser, and end-to-end API testing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Architects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support web test automation initiatives and contribute to automated coverage.
- Validate builds, conduct smoke and regression testing, and monitor production performance.
- Investigate defects using browser developer tools and debugging proxies.
- Track and improve key QA metrics and contribute to the evolution of testing processes.
