Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a social media or content role for a community or brand.
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Proven portfolio of short-form video (Reels, TikToks) with measurable results.
- Proven graphic design skills using Canva Pro or Adobe Suite.
- Working knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
- Availability to work 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM UAE time (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PH time).
- Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor.
- Familiarity with the UAE market or expat culture is a plus.
- Experience with a community-driven or subscription-model brand is a plus.
- Basic Arabic proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce short-form video content using CapCut Pro, Descript, or equivalent.
- Design game announcements, event promos, and sponsor graphics using Canva Pro.
- Write captions, community messages, and marketing copy in a consistent brand voice.
- Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts, including trend-driven native TikTok creation.
- Coordinate with UAE videographer by providing shot briefs and reviewing raw footage.
- Develop and execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and blog production.
- Manage Google Business Profile and local backlink building.
- Report monthly on performance metrics including engagement, reach, and organic traffic.
