Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Digital Analytics area.
- Practical experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Practical experience with Adobe Target.
- Ability to define Data Layer and create tracking specifications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.
- Experience in conducting QA tests and validating tracking implementations.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into measurement strategies and technical solutions.
- Experience working in a corporate or global environment.
- Fluent English communication skills (min. C1) in both speech and writing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation/optimization platforms (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize analytical solutions using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Launch).
- Manage end-to-end web analytics implementations from requirements analysis to implementation, testing, and validation.
- Define Data Layer requirements and prepare tracking specifications.
- Verify deployment accuracy through QA testing and collaboration with developer teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into measurement strategies and technical solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, user stories, and business requirements in Jira and GitLab.
- Prepare process and technical documentation using Confluence, UML, BPMN, Miro, and Lucidchart.
- Handle and resolve tickets and incidents in ServiceNow.
- Monitor project progress and work according to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
