Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in Ruby and JavaScript.
- Experience with RSpec for testing.
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of agentic coding, including skills and MCP servers.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Communicative English and Polish at a minimum of B2 level.
- Ability to write clean, scalable code.
- Experience with external API integrations.
- Strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Implement new features in new projects and maintain existing systems.
- Refactor and optimize existing codebase.
- Contribute to product development by sharing ideas for improvements.
- Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality.
- Influence the technology stack through active contribution.
