Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in risk analysis, risk management, compliance, audit, or GRC.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, or LogicManager.
- Deep understanding of enterprise risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
- Ability to interpret quantitative risk findings and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong documentation, reporting discipline, and ability to manage initiatives independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across financial, operational, compliance, vendor, and technology domains.
- Build and maintain risk models using SQL, Python, R, or SAS, including stress testing and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Support regulatory compliance for frameworks such as SOX, Basel III, Dodd-Frank, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Test and validate internal controls, document control deficiencies, and monitor remediation activities.
- Design and maintain risk dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and leadership to strengthen risk controls and governance.
- Prepare audit-ready documentation and track compliance findings to ensure deadlines are met.
