Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in South Dakota.
- Ability to support a diverse caseload of patients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Passion for evidence-based care and eating disorder treatment.
- Available for 30 hours per week of direct patient care.
- Available to work until 8pm two evenings per week.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 16 hours of direct patient care after 2pm weekly.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a virtual setting.
- Experience in Family-Based Treatment or eating disorder treatment is preferred.
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and trauma is preferred.
- Case management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting.
- Implement family-based treatment (FBT), enhanced cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-E), and cognitive behavioral therapy for ARFID.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and maintain quality documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, and mentors.
- Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with 20-26 hours of direct care.
- Participate in initial and ongoing trainings, supervision, and team meetings.
- Utilize between-session messaging to support patients via EMR.
