Requirements
- Strong experience building and maintaining production software systems.
- Full-stack development with strong backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (React) capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with relational and document databases at scale (schema design, query optimization, performance diagnosis).
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated, day-to-day use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) to deliver real software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Ability to clearly explain how you validate, test, and take ownership of code.
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and ship production-grade software across backend services and front-end applications.
- Build and operate cloud-native solutions in AWS with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain backend services primarily in .NET/C#.
- Contribute to front-end development, including component design and API integration.
- Actively develop and manage agent-driven coding workflows using AI-assisted tools to build, test, and iterate features.
- Validate and audit AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Mentor other engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
