- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of professional IT experience.
- 5+ years of Product Owner experience.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies for project delivery and sprint management.
- Proven track record of designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving within the NPI domain.
- Strong ability to articulate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to develop data-driven alternatives to complex problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams.
- Decisive leadership skills with the ability to identify obstacles and resolve them effectively.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leads and IT peers to understand demand and drive dialogue on streamlining offers.
- Translate business requirements into functional IT requirements for development teams.
- Partner with the CX team to build simple, effective experiences for new product introductions.
- Accountable for product roadmap development, market analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate across functions through prioritization cadences to meet budget and timeline commitments.
- Maximize product value, monitor adoption, and manage the continuous maintenance of the product backlog.
- Identify, define, and enable managed delivery metrics and reporting.
