Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience with QA.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with testing ecommerce platforms.
- Firm grasp of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and extensions.
- Experience doing QA testing in SFCC (formerly Demandware) environments including familiarity with Business Manager.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other defect tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, roles, and work in an agile environment.
- Ability to switch between clients and projects quickly.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision with a team or on your own.
- Able to think critically and adapt quickly within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform unit, UI/UX, defect, system and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites.
- Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company wide.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered.
- Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects including end-to-end eCommerce site launches.
- Perform additional testing as needed with other vendor applications and other Salesforce Clouds.
- Contribute to an ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy by influencing process, tool, and infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers.
