Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or Business Systems roles.
- Experience translating complex business processes into scalable system or workflow designs.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial or operational workflows (e.g., deductions, accounts receivable, accruals, revenue, forecasting).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of integration concepts including APIs, data flows, master data, and system dependencies.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to turn ambiguous conversations into clear requirements.
- Excellent facilitation skills for managing conversations across Accounting, Finance, Sales, and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong executive presence and ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer Solution Alignment sessions to validate business objectives, requirements, workflows, and dependencies.
- Design scalable future-state workflows and translate customer requirements into actionable solution blueprints.
- Partner with internal teams including Implementation, Integrations, and Managed Services to ensure technical and operational requirements are defined.
- Maintain clear documentation of solution decisions, assumptions, and constraints throughout the customer onboarding process.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks, product gaps, and scope changes early in the project lifecycle.
- Support the refinement of standardized implementation processes and discovery frameworks.
