Requirements
- Senior-level marketing experience with a proven track record of owning marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels.
- Previous experience marketing a B2C SaaS or subscription product.
- Strong systems-thinking ability to assess the entire marketing funnel.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, CRO, Google Ads, retargeting, social media, SEO content, partnerships, or affiliate programs.
- Strong project management and delegation skills for working with contractors and agencies.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools and agents for marketing research, content creation, and analysis.
- Ability to operate in a remote, high-trust environment with autonomy.
- Native-level American English fluency with an understanding of US family/parent consumer purchasing decisions.
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Must be based in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy end to end, including planning, prioritization, execution, optimization, and measurement across key channels.
- Audit existing marketing activity and identify channels, initiatives, and experiments with the greatest potential impact.
- Develop and optimize email marketing, landing pages, conversion rate optimization, performance marketing, social media, retargeting, partnerships, affiliates, and SEO content.
- Manage, scope, and quality-check work delivered by part-time contractors and agencies across content, design, distribution, and paid advertising.
- Build, manage, and scale AI-powered workflows and agents for marketing research, content development, analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Partner closely with the CEO to establish priorities, allocate budgets, evaluate performance, and test new growth opportunities.
