Requirements
- 7+ years in business analysis, process improvement, operations, implementation, or product operations.
- Track record leading complex cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation and ongoing measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data, queries, and dashboards to validate problems and prove outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, process designs, and delivery plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to drive alignment and outcomes across teams you do not manage.
Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end flows and trace handoffs to understand actual process execution.
- Separate root causes from symptoms and quantify impacts on time, money, and customers.
- Turn findings into clear requirements, process designs, and delivery plans with measurable success criteria.
- Lead testing, launch readiness, and track impact against agreed measures.
- Establish the use of AI agents in operations by designing, testing, and deploying them for multi-step workflows.
- Partner with teams outside of operations to turn findings into business cases for Product and Technology teams.
