Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, or data science projects.
- Professional experience with Looker, including LookML, dashboard design, and data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL joins.
- Professional experience writing code with proficiency in Python and Git.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business partners in Operations, Product, and senior leadership.
- Strong, loosely held opinions on data practices.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based reporting agents or agentic analytics tooling.
- Preferred: Experience owning data pipelines between warehouses like Snowflake and BI tools.
- Preferred: Experience in risk, real estate, title, or insurance domains.
- Preferred: Experience with data quality or governance for large-scale BI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and maintain Looker dashboards and data models for Operations, Finance, and Data Science teams.
- Manage end-to-end connectivity between Snowflake and Looker, including pipelines, data models, and integrations.
- Serve as the primary company-wide point of contact for Looker, triaging issues and setting build standards.
- Oversee data quality and provenance across the reporting layer.
- Play a key role in operational decision-making by delivering rapid insights on SLAs, turnaround times, and vendor management.
- Design and build an agentic reporting layer using AI/LLM tools to enable self-service analytics for business users.
