Requirements
- 5+ years of digital design experience in agency or in-house environments.
- Strong background in eCommerce or DTC.
- A portfolio demonstrating modern, premium work (not template-driven).
- Mastery of Figma.
- Strong typography instincts.
- Ability to articulate design decisions based on impact.
- Experience or genuine interest in AI-assisted design tools like Claude Design or Figma MCP.
- Experience with high-end brands preferred.
- Experience with Shopify ecosystems preferred.
- Experience building component libraries and design systems from scratch preferred.
- Experience with CRO programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that maintain a premium feel.
- Execute full customer journey redesigns including acquisition flows, onboarding, collections, and checkout.
- Create high-performance growth creative for paid social, advertorials, and upsell frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
- Utilize AI-native tools like Claude Design and Figma MCP to reduce production time.
- Continuously evaluate and automate workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Present design work backed by data including session replays and customer behavior insights.
