Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7+ years of technical SEO experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech.
- Proven experience developing and executing SEO and AEO strategies with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of generative search, AI agents, LLM visibility, and AEO practices.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Sanity or Webflow.
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, schema markup, technical SEO, and web performance optimization.
- Experience with AI tooling, prompt engineering, and custom GPTs.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
- Strong analytical skills with a testing mindset for data-driven improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global SEO and AEO strategy, including goals, KPIs, roadmaps, topic priorities, and initiatives.
- Drive on-page optimization, including technical and editorial SEO elements across metadata, headings, and internal links.
- Monitor visibility across generative AI platforms to increase accurate citations and presence.
- Build and maintain AI-powered skills, agents, and automated workflows using tools like Claude, Zapier, and Make.
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, schema, and site performance.
- Partner with web, marketing, product, and revenue teams to execute cross-functional organic growth initiatives.
- Lead backlink and authority strategies across industry publications, review platforms, and practitioner communities.
- Measure and report on performance, including organic search, AI visibility, share of search, and pipeline contribution.
