- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Test AI based conversational products
- Monitor and improve quality assurance process ensuring any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed
- Provide a high level of data quality awareness across multiple teams
- Evaluate and identify where enhancements in accuracy of models are required
- Prepare detailed testing feedback to help the team to improve AI models
