Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Understanding of the basic structures of major ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software, dashboards, and platform interfaces.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and Excel.
- Good eye for effective ad hooks and creative performance.
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, driven, and accountable for task ownership.
- Action-oriented approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals such as dating, femtech, or telehealth is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics or tracking tools like GA4 or Voluum is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic online marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, and CPA.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of core paid acquisition channels or DSPs such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Support the creation of scalable acquisition funnels by implementing proper tracking and gathering data insights.
- Participate in the testing loop by preparing ad concepts, organizing assets, and setting up audience tests.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards, flagging anomalies.
- Organize and clean performance data including CPA, ROAS, and retention to support strategic reviews.
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams to launch and test landing pages for conversion improvements.
- Communicate performance data to the creative team to drive iterative asset improvements.
- Research new acquisition opportunities and stay updated on platform algorithm and policy changes.
