Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- English language proficiency at C1 level (required for daily meetings and documentation).
- Experience in independently gathering requirements directly from clients.
- Ability to translate business discussions into clear requirements for development teams.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case documentation.
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in working with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
- Experience in software house environments (nice to have).
- Experience working directly with international clients (nice to have).
- Experience in developing existing, mature systems (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define new system functionality and assess impact on existing integrations.
- Prepare and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support the development team throughout the implementation process.
- Participate in UAT with clients to verify alignment with business agreements.
- Contribute to product decision-making, including defining scope, priorities, and workflow.
