Requirements

- Experience within the financial services sector.
- Understanding of mortgage products and servicing processes.
- Knowledge of core banking platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Thought Machine Vault (highly desirable).
- Ability to define clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the product backlog for one or more Core Banking workstreams.
- Define and prioritise epics, features and user stories based on business value, customer impact, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution-design discussions.
- Produce high-quality functional and non-functional requirements including process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning activities.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and data specialists to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
