Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner experience.
- Experience with Calypso versions v17 or higher.
- Knowledge of Calypso back office modules including accounting, confirms, and settlements.
- Extensive experience building and supporting Calypso installations in sell-side organizations, with focus on front-office modules.
- Broad derivatives experience specifically in Interest Rate and Credit derivatives.
- Expertise in product details, pricing, risk, electronic trading, and cleared/bi-lateral trades.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination among multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in cross-functional, structured environments.
- Proficiency in managing ambiguity, proactive problem-solving, and utilizing AI tools.
- Ability to maintain a 3–4 hour overlap with US Eastern business hours, with flexibility during crunch periods.
- English language proficiency (B1).
Responsibilities
- Work closely with key business stakeholders from Front Office, Operations, and Risk on initiatives, issue remediations, and new product rollouts.
- Collect and drive requirements directly with business stakeholders, advising on technical feasibility within Calypso.
- Perform validation and testing of Calypso patches and monthly releases.
- Configure settings for booking and pricing of Money Market and Derivative products.
- Build, configure, and maintain pricing environments and parameters such as curves and volatility surfaces.
- Configure static and reference data including calendars, date rules, and counterparties.
- Investigate complex pricing-related inquiries regarding NPV, accruals, settlement flows, Risk, and PnL.
- Build or modify Calypso extracts such as MPE and custom files.
- Draft effective documentation including BRDs, test cases, and run books.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate requirements, testing, or delivery tasks.
