Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
- At least 1 time completion of a full software solution lifecycle.
- Hold at least one international certification: CCBA, Certified UML Professional (foundation level), BPM 2 fundamental, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in BPMN notation for business process modeling.
- Knowledge of UML analysis/modeling notations (activity diagrams, logical data models, etc.).
- Proficiency in modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) system deployment projects (1+ year duration, over €1M budget).
- Experience in analyzing business processes including Logistics, Warehouse Management, Asset Management, Fleet Management, Financial Management, Legal, HR, or Project Management.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies: SharePoint (2019/Subscription/Online), Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform (Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management).
- Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Polish (B2).
Responsibilities
- Model and document value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
- Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories.
- Support business experts and product owners during requirements definition and software development.
- Maintain and track requirements and user stories throughout the systems lifecycle.
- Translate business and technical needs into business requirements specifications.
- Design, validate, and test business processes for process excellence.
- Coach staff on upcoming changes and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvement regarding effectiveness and efficiency.
- Perform quantitative analysis of business processes, including cost-benefit and what-if analysis.
