Requirements
- Professional experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, Transformation, or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience working with Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Confluence, and Power BI or similar tools.
- Practical experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to map and document business processes.
- Proficiency in problem analysis and translating unstructured information into clear solutions.
- Experience in preparing documentation, workflows, trackers, reports, and stakeholder materials.
- Ability to evaluate benefits, risks, dependencies, and feasibility of initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including business, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations in writing and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders across business, Operations, Product, and Technology.
- Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Create process maps, workflows, diagrams, and Discovery documentation.
- Analyze new initiatives for business value, feasibility, benefits, risks, and dependencies.
- Evaluate initiative readiness for transition from Discovery to delivery.
- Identify information gaps, risks, dependencies, and potential issues early in initiatives.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and materials to support decision-making.
- Develop practical tools like templates, checklists, and workflows to support the Discovery process.
- Support the standardization and continuous improvement of Discovery practices.
