Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Architect, or Platform Engineer.
- Several years of experience in formal team management.
- Hands-on experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid background and professional experience in Java development.
- Deep knowledge of IaC, containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience designing and maintaining Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
- Experience with artifact repository systems (Artifactory, Nexus).
- Practical knowledge of DORA metrics.
- Experience implementing self-service tools and automation for product teams.
- Expertise with GitLab (Runners, CI/CD, infrastructure integration).
- Experience working with distributed remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure development tasks are completed according to established technical standards.
- Support the Product Manager in coordinating team activities in the area of technological solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to design optimal solution architectures.
- Ensure high team efficiency by identifying and mitigating obstacles in the development process.
- Monitor ongoing work and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Support team growth through training, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings.
