Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with clean, modular, asynchronous code
- Proficiency in AI-agent workflow development, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience configuring and extending Kubernetes-native CI/CD tools
- Proven track record of delivering rigorously tested code with strong unit/integration coverage
- Ability to build secure, robust integrations between disparate tools, microservices, and databases
- Expertise in Python, Go, or Java
- Familiarity with AI and agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI APIs
- Knowledge of CI/CD and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, Tekton, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, and YAML
- Understanding of observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
- Competency in testing tools such as PyTest, Go Test, or JUnit
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Develop core AI agent modules including Migration Agent for artifact conversion and metadata tagging
- Build pre-deployment validation module for automated config checks and dependency resolution
- Design deployment orchestration module to manage sequencing logic
- Create post-deployment verification module to act as a copilot for human operators
- Integrate AI agents with CI/CD toolchains such as Jenkins, Tekton, or ArgoCD
- Write audit logging code to capture agent decisions and connect to monitoring stacks
- Maintain code quality through unit, integration, and E2E testing with 80% coverage
- Produce technical runbooks, onboarding manuals, and operational guides
- Support knowledge transfer to operations teams
