Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar role involving consultative SaaS implementations.
- Significant experience working with or within large global enterprises.
- Hands-on experience configuring complex software solutions and designing integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with technical data tools including ADF, JSON, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to guide stakeholders through business change.
- Proven consultative attitude with experience delivering solutions based on complex customer requirements.
- Experience mentoring less experienced team members.
- Ability to deputize for a Project Manager and maintain project alignment.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements and design effective solutions.
- Configure complex software workflows and design integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
- Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations contextualized to specific business transformation needs.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments and cost-benefit analyses.
- Manage large onsite User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and coordinate issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for client stakeholders.
- Support the production of Statements of Work and provide technical guidance to the wider team.
