Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience performing quantitative analysis.
- Proven track record building dashboards and reports to influence product and business decisions.
- Ability to convert ambiguous, messy data into tangible and actionable results.
- Proficient level experience writing, developing, and performing data deep dives using complex SQL queries.
- Minimum 2 years of Tableau experience developing and managing dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability in building reports and metrics requiring data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and loading processes.
- Ability to think strategically and complete projects with minimal guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced industry.
Responsibilities
- Work with technical program managers to inject data into decision-making and planning, defining OKRs and building insight-generating dashboards.
- Leverage SQL programming skills and data visualization tools to communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Standardize, maintain, and document metrics, models, datasets, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Confluence, and Acryl.
- Source, identify, and leverage data for time-critical and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with leaders to enable the adoption of dashboards and metrics.
- Monitor and improve product performance in collaboration with business and product leadership.
- Collaborate with data producers and consumers during the product development lifecycle to ensure data quality and availability.
- Own and foster stakeholder partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor.
