Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer support or client-facing experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Intercom or a similar helpdesk/ticketing platform.
- High attention to detail for verifying promo codes, payouts, and policies.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet response-time targets.
- Ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Available to work CET-aligned hours.
- Professional, accountable, and collaborative team player.
- Experience with proprietary trading firms is a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted support tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across Intercom tickets, Discord, and email.
- Review and resolve customer issues end to end.
- Prioritize incoming tickets and follow established workflows.
- Document cases and keep customer records up to date.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team when they fall outside scope.
- Verify offers, promo codes, and loyalty program submissions.
- Report bugs and flag recurring issues to Product and Development teams.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and AI training data.
