Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care.
- Experience in high acuity settings (ICU, CC, ER, med-surg, telemetry) or Tele-Health/Telephonic Triage preferred.
- Must currently reside in one of the approved compact license states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY.
- Must hold a valid Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or diploma in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as required.
- Home office must meet company certification requirements.
- Available for full-time hours including at least two weekend days every two weeks.
- Available for 2-4 weeks of mandatory training (100% attendance required).
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical triage assessments and health education via phone, video, and chat.
- Assess patient needs accurately and direct them to the appropriate level of care.
- Influence patients to make informed health decisions.
- Collaborate and communicate with clients and team members through verbal and digital channels.
- Monitor individual performance metrics to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions.
- Document all patient interactions using management software.
