- At least 5 years of primary care experience
Requirements
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care (adults and pediatrics).
- Hold active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in at least 7 states.
- Must be licensed in at least 2 of the following: California, Texas, or Florida.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.
- Telehealth experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient engagement skills.
- Proficiency in EMR systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Adaptability to AI-driven tools and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment for patients of various ages via text, phone, and video.
- Manage and coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions.
- Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
- Produce clear and efficient encounter visit notes documenting medical decision-making and care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians under state-specific agreements.
