Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
- 1-3 years of related experience in a supply chain function or elevator field experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Forms, SmartSheet, and Teams.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and customer elevator/escalator specification documentation.
- Experience with SDC, MOD eLog, and Global JDE/K2 systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across cross-functional groups.
Responsibilities
- Conduct RFP/RFQ exercises for pre and post award NE/MOD ROBUST contracts in collaboration with NAA field local offices.
- Present material source and defined pricing proposals to field local offices, ensuring fulfillment of material requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders for ROBUST systems and sub-systems sourced from national and international suppliers.
- Ensure supplier compliance with Otis Terms and Conditions and negotiate material pricing.
- Manage material logistics, including on-time deliveries, inventory levels, and support services performance.
- Monitor material execution and performance metrics, addressing supply issues and invoicing discrepancies.
- Maintain service level agreements (SLA) by evaluating customer demand and expediting material.
- Compile price proposals, financial reports, and analyses to support procurement strategies.
