Requirements
- 5+ years building iOS apps, with work you can show live in the App Store
- Deep knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine
- Comfortable across the entire iOS toolchain
- Demonstrable workflows for working with AI and improving them
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup, where you owned more than your job title
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward resolving it yourself
- Strong product intuition regarding feature success
- Experience with MacOS, WatchOS, WidgetKit or other Apple frameworks (Bonus)
- Experience with model training or fine-tuning (Bonus)
- Experience with AB testing and analytics (Bonus)
- Previous experience publishing personal apps to the App Store (Bonus)
- Fluency in French (Bonus)
Responsibilities
- Ship features and interactions end to end in the iOS app
- Bring your own ideas into the product, not just execute specs
- Design and analyse AB tests, and act on what the metrics say
- Improve our dev workflows, tooling and how the team works with AI
- Work directly with design and product in a flat, collaborative structure
- Support customers and stay close to what they're experiencing
