Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
5+ years of Technical Program Management experience within a SaaS company.
Strong technical depth in cloud-scale infrastructure, software architecture, and AWS services.
Experience with release engineering, CI/CD, and deployment automation programs.
Experience delivering programs in regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Proficiency in defining and instrumenting metrics such as DORA or flow metrics.
Advanced proficiency with JIRA for workflow optimization and program reporting.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflict, and manage ambiguity.
Experience collaborating with globally distributed, fully remote teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Define clear goals and outcomes for engineering initiatives, collaborating with engineering leaders to align vision and address constraints.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including Development, QA, SRE, DevOps, and Product, through regular reviews and checkpoints.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
Establish consistent reporting cadences using executive summaries to provide high-signal visibility into progress.
Define measurable standards for success and instrument delivery/quality signals to drive data-based decisions.
Identify and mitigate program risks while maintaining transparent communication with senior leadership.
Manage program changes through impact assessments and stakeholder alignment.
Maintain optimized workflows and accurate data in JIRA to serve as a single source of truth.
