Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of pension plans and technical expertise in group savings and retirement programs.
  • At least five years of experience in financial services, financial planning, customer service, or a related field.
  • University degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and working with consultants, advisors, or other professional stakeholders.
  • Advanced French proficiency for presentations, training, and client communication.
  • Candidates based in Quebec must hold or be in the process of obtaining an AMF license for Group Savings & Retirement plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and remain effective under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building trust with stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, for creating client materials.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for an assigned portfolio of clients across Canada, developing and strengthening trusted long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the organization at client retirement committee meetings, annual meetings, and other stakeholder engagements, delivering professional presentations.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new and existing clients on products, services, and tools.
  • Manage client expectations through clear communication while responding proactively to questions and evolving requirements.
  • Develop client-specific solutions aligned with available service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal education and communications teams to drive engagement strategies and plan participation.
  • Keep clients informed about legislative developments and product changes.
  • Partner with Sales teams on business development and finalist presentations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service models and processes.
