Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and ES6+.
- Expertise in Node.js and Fastify.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including design, queries, aggregations, replication, and sharding.
- Skilled in scaling web applications including load balancing, clustering, and optimization.
- Mentorship abilities including in-depth code reviews and pair programming.
- Good command of English (B2 and above).
Responsibilities
- Work on projects handling massive traffic, including 200M+ HTTP requests and 800M+ messages daily.
- Innovate with a tech stack featuring Kafka, MongoDB, ClickHouse, and Redis.
- Lead greenfield projects with a high degree of autonomy.
- Design and implement new features, scale the platform, and optimize performance.
- Continuously improve the codebase and architecture for performance and maintainability.
- Provide in-depth code reviews, pair programming, and support teammates' growth.
