Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking environment.
- Proven ability to create business cases, beyond just user stories.
- Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in German (B1) and English (B1).
- Basic understanding of AI use cases in banking.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and prioritize user stories in close cooperation with specialized departments.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.
- Manage stakeholders from both specialist departments and IT.
- Identify AI potential within the assigned workstream.
