Requirements
- 5-7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong frontend development skills.
- Experience with AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, EventBridge).
- Experience with React and Next.js.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Pulumi).
- Experience with CI/CD and release management tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, LaunchDarkly).
- Strong leadership through technical execution.
- Ability to align business and technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features.
- Develop modern, responsive UIs.
- Build APIs and services on AWS serverless architecture.
- Define infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Lead a small squad through rapid experimentation.
- Translate business ideas into execution.
- Own delivery and remove technical blockers.
- Balance speed, scalability, and maintainability.
