Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting & analysis.
- Strong systems thinking with ability to design scalable models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with an EPM/FP&A platform.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for building workflows and analysis.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and develop cohesive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Run monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts.
- Deliver management reporting that gives leadership a timely, accurate, headline view of business performance.
- Lead variance analysis that isolates operational drivers behind results.
- Conduct margin and mix analysis to surface Gross Profit and EBITDA drivers.
- Track risks, opportunities, and EBITDA levers across the business.
- Drive the annual planning process, including forecast model maintenance.
- Design and build automated workflows to reduce manual work and improve reporting speed.
