Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment.
- Experience with transaction coding, reconciling, AP processing, AR, payroll processing, month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- 2+ years of experience in QBO, Bill.com, Ramp, Gusto, or other cloud accounting software.
- Strong ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members across digital channels.
- Humility and openness to coaching and constructive feedback.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Reliable home internet connection and an environment suitable for video and phone calls.
- College degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Manage daily tasks through Karbon practice management software to ensure deadlines are met across multiple client accounts.
- Interact with clients to answer specific questions or request information as needed.
- Collaborate with senior staff to resolve accounting questions or clarify procedures.
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and dependability in all financial work.
