- Extensive experience with NetSuite standard and advanced ARM modules.
- Strong proficiency in SuiteBilling implementations.
- Deep understanding of NetSuite subscription plans, price books, billing accounts, and invoicing processes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Expertise in usage-based and recurring billing use cases.
- Technical skill in data migration for billing accounts, plans, and subscription change orders.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Software and services industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements by understanding subscription terminology and gathering requirements.
- Configure and test NetSuite solutions based on client-specific needs.
- Manage end-to-end implementation processes for new customers.
- Train end users on implemented systems and processes.
- Support Salesforce to NetSuite billing integrations, specifically for Suitebilling modules.
