Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT.
- 3+ years managing technical teams at or above Senior Manager level in a high-growth technology company.
- Hands-on experience with modern enterprise IAM (Okta, Entra, or equivalent).
- Expertise in full IAM/IGA program delivery, including JML automation, IGA governance, PAM vaulting, and SCIM provisioning.
- Multi-cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) with experience making infrastructure and architecture decisions.
- Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams.
- Experience managing vendor commercial relationships and implementation partners.
- Effective cross-functional influence across Legal, Finance, and People departments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Availability for a rotating on-call schedule for critical infrastructure incidents.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior IT platform engineers, owning the full management lifecycle.
- Accountable for delivery across major programs including identity maturation, PAM deployment, and network-as-a-service.
- Manage delivery relationships with key technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Translate complex technical risk into actionable business language for executive stakeholders across Security, GRC, Legal, People, and Finance.
- Direct the maturation of enterprise identity programs, including PAM, IGA, and JML automation.
- Perform architecture reviews and provide technical validation to maintain engineering credibility.
