Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in IT.
- Minimum 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity within application services or software development.
- Solid experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.
- Familiarity with enterprise application platforms like ERP and CRM, and integration frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of application developers, system engineers, and support staff.
- Lead the execution of application projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of application and cloud architecture.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for third-party vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate project status.
- Oversee ongoing support for business-critical applications to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Manage team workload and resource allocation within budget parameters.
