Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience operating production infrastructure across at least two major clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in modern infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar).
- Experience building and operating modern CI/CD systems, dev environments, and observability stacks.
- Strong, well-reasoned point of view on platform philosophy and standardization.
- Experience shipping AI-native operational systems (e.g., AI agents for triage, RCAs, or cost management).
- Proven experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own cloud infrastructure end-to-end across cloud environments, remaining hands-on with IaC, CI/CD, and observability.
- Manage the SDLC surface area including dev environments, lower environments, release mechanics, and monitoring.
- Build a substrate for AI agents to observe, reason, and act on business systems.
- Collaborate with the SecOps team on CSPM, threat management, and patch management.
- Frame infrastructure decisions in terms of business outcomes and financial impact.
- Lead and develop a small, high-impact team while acting as a unifying technical force across the organization.
