Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven expertise across: Java, Python, VB.NET, PHP, PowerShell, VBA, ASPX
- Strong production experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server
- Experience with MySQL schema design and query tuning
- Proficiency with REST APIs and servlet-based architecture
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD integration
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles: clean code, SOLID, design patterns, and unit testing
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal applications across the full stack
- Own delivery end-to-end: from requirements and design through deployment and support
- Develop and maintain database objects across Oracle, MS SQL Server, and MySQL
- Write automation scripts in Python, PowerShell, and VBA to reduce manual effort
- Analyze and refactor legacy applications (VB.NET, VBA, ASPX) for quality and performance
- Work with stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead code reviews and enforce development standards across the team
- Troubleshoot complex issues across applications and databases, including root cause analysis
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
