Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience, including recent graduates or those from quant, engineering, or data backgrounds.
- Strong quantitative foundation in probability and statistics.
- Technical proficiency in Python preferred, with experience in financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., pandas).
- Experience with SQL, R, MATLAB, or advanced Excel modeling.
- Demonstrated interest and engagement in crypto and DeFi (professional experience not required).
- Ability to maintain sound judgment and composure under market pressure.
- Precise communication skills.
- Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage trades across centralized and decentralized venues, including order books, AMM pools, and concentrated liquidity positions.
- Monitor positions, inventory, and P&L in real time, identifying and acting on risks early.
- Build and improve desk tooling such as position trackers, reporting dashboards, hedging workflows, and reconciliation systems.
- Analyze market and execution data to evaluate slippage, pool profitability, and fill quality.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of market structure and protocol mechanics like AMMs, PMMs, and lending protocols.
