Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in franchise consulting, business development, or multi-unit operations.
- Proven success in driving growth and strengthening franchise businesses.
- Strong financial expertise with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with business tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear and compelling communication and presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability and a solutions-first mindset.
- Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Must reside in Minnesota or Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with franchise owners and their leadership teams.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand franchisee challenges, opportunities, and business goals.
- Guide franchisees in developing and executing strategic business plans that support local growth.
- Monitor compliance with brand standards and coach owners on maintaining operational consistency.
- Analyze financial statements, including P&Ls and sales metrics, to identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver coaching and mentorship on leadership, operational, and financial skills.
- Serve as a liaison between franchisees and the corporate support team.
