- Expertise in adult learning and assessment methodologies
- Technical writing proficiency
- Facilitation skills
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to travel to customer sites (10–25%)
Responsibilities
- Design role-based curriculum, labs, facilitator materials, office hours, assessments, and proficiency reporting
- Apply instructional design, cloud/AI literacy, hands-on labs, adult learning, assessment, and technical writing
- Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards
- Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities
