Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the life science, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry in QMS training.
- Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
- Experience with electronic Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Experience developing training content.
- Proficiency in documentation management processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Global QMS Personnel Training procedure.
- Identify individual training needs for the global QARA team.
- Ensure personnel training plans are documented and accessible.
- Formulate project plans and establish priorities for training module development.
- Lead the development and revision of training content with subject matter experts.
- Act as a functional owner and system administrator for the electronic learning management system.
