Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial Go development experience.
- 1–2+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity.
- Deep knowledge of Go internals including concurrency, goroutines, channels, and memory management.
- Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant, high-load backend systems.
- Strong background in REST APIs, microservices, and service decomposition.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Strong SQL knowledge with MySQL or PostgreSQL at scale.
- Experience with Redis and distributed caching strategies.
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or GitHub Actions).
- Experience with production monitoring, alerting, and incident investigation.
- Intermediate+ proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own team delivery and execution including planning, cross-team dependencies, review processes, and quality assurance.
- Set technical direction, lead design reviews, and ensure consistency of solutions.
- Contribute to hands-on development (approximately 30% of time).
- Collaborate on discovery and technical elaboration of ideas with the Product Manager.
- Develop team members through 1:1 meetings, performance feedback, and mentoring.
