Requirements
- Seven or more years of professional experience, mainly as a Product/DevTool Engineer
- Proficiency in Ruby and JavaScript
- Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
- Ability to craft pragmatic and performant code
- Strong skills in designing public APIs, dev-tools, and user experiences
- Data-driven approach to evaluating alternatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level)
- Ability to self-direct and manage complex projects in an experiment-oriented environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Develop complex projects from ideation and scoping to execution and maintenance
- Engage with users to ensure needs are fulfilled on the frontline
- Respond to support tickets and participate in Pager Duty
- Build and maintain infrastructure and services including Heroku, AWS, Postgres, and Redis
- Design public APIs, developer tools, and user experiences
- Evaluate alternative solutions using data-driven methods to deliver projects
